I've posted a correction on my website, and will address it in my next monthly needlework shop newsletter, but for all of you curious and perplexed "A Little Love" stitchers, here's the scoop:
Letter "L" is stitched with purple haze Weeks Dye Works overdyed thread (DMC 3740/Anchor 872).
We just began shipping "A Little Love" to shops this week, and we're busy making more kits and shipping reorders already. It seems the world just needs "A Little Love".
Please, don't let my error make you "lose that lovin' feeling"! Happy Weekend to all!
I once made Tuna Noodle Casserole, which I had made a thousand times, and it was only when I was serving it to the family that I realized I forgot the Tuna. We had noodle casserole. LOL
ReplyDeleteThanks for the "head up" on the correction as I have this gorgeous design on my MUST STITCH list.
hugs
-missy-
Oops!! Lol mistakes happen & at least this one wasn't too major and could be easily rectified. I've just ordered this kit & the threads to stitch it, I just hope it gets here so I can stitch it before Valentine's day! If not then I'll just be very early for next year :)
ReplyDeleteI OVE it! What a super sweet pattern.
ReplyDeleteNo way I would lose that loving feeling. Linda, your designs are AWESOME! Don't sweat the mistake. Besides there's only been one perfect person who ever walked this Earth. Many of us know Him, but none of us can be Him. None of us can EVER be perfect. I've had things that were proofed go out with mistakes. It just happens.
ReplyDeleteohhh that is soooo cute and heheh we all make a wee charting/ stitching error pity you just can't frog it ..lol love mouse xxxx
ReplyDeleteLove this one! Picked it up at my LNS on Thursday, and I've been stitching it in my spare time since then!
ReplyDeleteTo make mistakes is only human. Don't sweat the small stuff. Only one person is perfect and that is God. I can't wait to get this charts. Thanks...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the fix - I'm stitching it this week. All is forgiven!
ReplyDeleteJust proves you're human! ;)
ReplyDeleteI was almost finished stitching this piece and knew it looked odd. Didn't notice the L was supposed to be a different color until I looked at the pattern photo. Had to take it out and re do. Sigh. Oh well. not the first time but at least this time wasn't my fault. :)
